Our approach to developing capacities
There are three core capacities necessary for successful leadership and management in complex situations. It is on these three capacities that the Governance Consulting approach focuses.

- Decision making capacity
- Analytical and process capacity
These three capacities are complementary and reinforce one another. Their specific importance depends on the goal of the particular consultation, which provides the focal point around which all other steps and benchmarks are coordinated. If, for example, the goal of the consultation is to systematically develop the decision making capacity of a given team, department or individual manager, both the strategic capacity and analytical and process capacity will additionally be strengthened as required. To ensure custom-fit solutions, Public One employs a selected portfolio of continually tested instruments and innovative techniques.

Public One consists of 15 consultants at the core. Our consultants mostly have a background in the social sciences, law, business and economics and are therefore predestined to work for Public Sector customers.
